TeckValley LLC was established in 2007 with just five people and has been on an epic journey ever since. From our humble beginnings as a 5-member team to an 1800-staff company today with a pan-India and global presence, ours has been a mission to help entrepreneurs around the world, especially SMEs, grow and not be restricted by lack of resources.

Today, more than 3072 clients from across 34 countries employ our remote employees.

The pioneer of the ‘Cloud Company’ concept, TeckValley was founded in 2007 by UK-based visionary father-son duo, Narinder Mahil and Shaunvir Mahil.
Businesses that were struggling with skill shortages or cost issues, could now realise their entrepreneurial dreams with TeckValley by hiring remote staff in over 70 service domains such as software development, accounts & finance, engineering, digital marketing, mobile app development, web & graphics design, law, virtual assistance, HR, animation and much more.
With a customer base in more than 34 countries across five continents, TeckValley LLC has emerged as one of India’s premier remote staffing companies. It is an ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified and CMMiL3 assessed company.

Our Founders

Narinder Mahil, Chairman and co-founder, is a software engineer who has worked in both the UK and US with some of the top multinationals like Oracle, Ford Motor Co., Blue Cross Blue Shield, Lloyds Bank, and TSB.
Shaunvir, Managing Director and co-founder, is a Law graduate from Birmingham University in the UK. A serial global entrepreneur and a renowned American growth hacker, Shaunvir has helped build organizations across the globe, based on his deep insights into consumer psychology, neuromarketing and the scientific principles that drive all marketing. He has also been prominently featured in the UK and Australian media. He has worked with companies from over 34 countries, Multinational corporations and start-ups.

The Beginning

While MNCs from the world over could afford to set up their offshore offices in India and leverage India’s low cost vast talent pool and retain control, it was not financially feasible for the Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs), especially across North America, UK, Canada and Europe to do the same. Neither the freelancing model nor project outsourcing companies quite met the unique needs of SMEs – daily, ongoing tasks.

TeckValley was launched to address this vacuum in the SME outsourcing segment, enabling SMEs to outsource even critical, daily ongoing tasks by opening their very own cloud office in India.

TeckValley is your on-demand company in the cloud. You access and run your leased office remotely via the internet and use the latest technology to collaborate and work closely with your dedicated staff (which you can hire in any field or profession).

It replicates everything that you can do within a traditional company, except that now you just do it remotely.
Extending 24x7 IT and administrative support to the SMBs’ remote staff along with seamless communication, it also manages all employee-related administrative issues including tax, insurance, legal and other employee benefits for your remote staff.

In just 15 years, the company has grown from a strength of only 5 employees to 1800+, having partnered with more than 3072 clients across 34 countries and in more than 70 domains, both IT and non-IT, including rare and niche skills.

Headquartered in the prestigious Special Economic Zone (SEZ) of NOIDA, India, the company has a very strong presence not just in Delhi-NCR but pan India. It’s 7 well-equipped offices are spread across the Delhi-NCR area, Kolkata, with a growing employee base across major cities such as Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Chandigarh. TeckValley has its operational and marketing headquarters in the UK and the USA. We have recently started operations from the Philippines to manage the growing client base in South-East Asia.
